Detailed Manufacturing drawings of small metal enclosures, comprising exploded / isometric views to illustrate construction. think of a double 3 oin household power socket with two separate removable face plates in which there are rectangular and oval laser cut holes though which switches, lights an dials are situated. The outside dimensions of this particular box are 376mm long x 174mm wide x 60mm deep. the box can be constructed by using a laser cut box profiled plate and forming the sides 90 degrees and welding the corners or laser cutting the box front plate and four separate sides and welding the box together..The finished products are powder coated for assembly, it is important to state tolerances which enable the separate parts to fit together.
