Closed Wacker Plate Repair

I have a Wacker plate that requires repair, as it is currently experiencing issues. The machine can barely stay in idle mode, and even when the throttle is fully opened, there is no forward power at all. Additionally, the belt is not moving. Could you please let me know if this machine can be repaired? I would also appreciate it if you could provide a quote for the repair. Additionally, do you offer on-site repair services? My address is in the B90 area. The machine is quite heavy, and I am not confident that I can transport it to your shop by myself.
