Closed Car Radio Repair

• 1 years ago I have bought a nissan Micra convertible 2006 and the radio doesn't work, won't even come on to put security code in. I bought a car Bluetooth transmitter and the music won't come through the speaker. Any help that I can identify what is wrong would be appreciated. I changed all the fuses 15a and still nothing
