I wanted to check in with you to ask whether you or your team are qualified to do land valuations? My neighbour has offered to sell us a small piece of land to add to our garden. It’s small - 2 meters by 1.5 meters. I am looking to obtain a land valuation certificate by "someone qualified to give property valuations; such as an estate agent, a surveyor, a land and property valuer or auctioneer who holds a qualification from the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or some other person who is similarly qualified" - is this by any chance you or your team? And if so, what would be your fee for requesting this service?
