Closed Alloy wheel corrosion

For a Mitsubishi colt 1.3cz of 2009, one of the front tyres is losing pressure, probably because of corrosion to the alloy wheel (the other front had this issue years ago). I'd like the wheel conditioned/cleaned/whatever to deal with this issue.
