Turning kitchen & dinning room into one room, door into kitchen I will out door & sud it will need a screed to both sides aprox 1 metre by 2.8 metres each side..
secondly wall joining the rooms will taken down the two ceilings to join and make good. aprox 3 metres by 200mm.
