29th April 29, 2015 Residential Development Site with OPP for 7 Detached 4 bedroom dwellings We are currently seeking quotes for our initial requirements for Phase 1 of the site. These are for a Civil Engineer to design and specify road construction and drainage layout and in addition to plot positions of the existing drains, ground levels and services within the site. We would also require fully detailed drain and sewer specifications for approval by United Utilities and the amount of spoil to be removed from the site prior to the above work commencing.
