Closed Structural Assessment - internal wall removal

I am considering removing an internal wall between a dining room and kitchen (the wall already contains a c2m gap). My home is a persimmon built house in Stonehouse, built c12 years ago. I need advice on whether a beam is required in place of the wall and if so I’ll need drawings / specs for a building warrant and that my joiner can work to.
