The green waste which will accumulate as a result of the garden being mowed will need to be disposed of inline with your local councils guidelines. Can you confirm that the green waste and its disposal will be your responsibility for duration of the contract which will be to cut your small garden every 3 weeks going forward? For example, green waste will be placed in the relative bin at the end of each mowing?
