I am Wanting to take a CCTV Security Firm to Court as the Security Company that installed the first CCTV System had installed a system that has been discontinued in the UK and wired it up really badly and the electricity running through it would of could of caught fire. And I also lost my father due to Covid on the 1st of April 2020. And my late father set up a trust fund for me in my Late mother's name after my mother passed away. But my dad said that I couldn't gain to the money until he passed away. And then I found out that the money of this Discretionary Trust fund was being looked after by one of the Local Solicitors here in Kendal Cumbria by the name of Thomas Hayton and Winkley. And I was told that if I needed money i had to ask Special permission from the Solicitors in order to get the Money that I needed but every time I asked Special Permission the Trustees would just refuse me access to the money and The same thing happened with my Dad's estate they would not allow me access to that money either. So I am Taking the trustees to court as well. I do claim Personal Independent Payment (PIP). I feel as though I have been ripped off and conned out of over £900 out of my money.
