I am a full time machinist with a national company.
I separated from my estranged wife last September 2023. She did sign a document written up by my brother to say I would continue to pay half the bills on our home until we can sell. There is no mortgage and my ex controlled all the money ( including my wages) going in and out of the house. There should have been around £15000 give or take in savings There is nothing. The house is ready to sell and I need to get a divorce ASAP, put what was my marital home up for sale and get some understanding regarding my pensions. Is this something you can help me with?
My ex is manipulative and controlling and I desperately need legal advice on how to proceed. We have no dependant children.
Due to my work schedule I would be very grateful if you could see me Monday 22nd April, Tuesday 23rd April or Wednesday morning 24th April before 12pm.
