One long haired Ginger girl cat who's fur has matted on the back very badly. Very skittish and difficult to pin down!!!! I don't know why she has not been cleaning herself and attempts to groom her have only resulted in hair flying all over the place! She has a difficult temperament. I also need something pretty low cost as funds are limited
