I am reaching out to know an average cost of the work to have an idea of what to prepare for once conveyancing is completed. I am looking for a nice fence around the garden area with a mini gate leading to the garage. In regards to the garden, I would like to clear it, and have a smooth floor and probably lay artificial grass for outdoor sitting and relaxing. Could you please give me an estimate of the cost when conveyancing is done, I can invite you over to the house to have a look and you can recommend good ideas if needed, please. Just to let you know, we specialise in timber structures, ie, decking, fencing, sheds, pergolas rather than hard stone work. We can also lay stones and build sleeper sections.
