As your liability insurance does not cover it and you stated that it would be a "no negligence" claim I would need to understand in what circumstances the claim would occur. My firm is able to provide insurance from leading companies, and these policies would be tailored to the individual. It may also be possible to arrange group schemes for the charity. In all instances more information is necessary before being able to offer any idea of cost.

  Nicole Piper, posted on Monday 11 March 2024 I have had our renewal insurance through and although it offers employers liability insurance I am looking at covering staff for accidents, (no negligence involved) I was informed I may need to get this cover separate from our normal insurance
