Indoor treadmill and indoor exercise bike for a 6 ft male on chemotherapy, aged 68 to keep motivated and mobile on days he is not up to going outdoors as exercise has been found to help people on chemo with side effects and reduce risks of recurrence of cancer cells and assists the chemo, promotes strength and better mood and improved coping with the illness and its treatments. Both on a limited income with Disability and I am a Carer with arthritis so need something easy to move or fold away, portable and not heavy or too big due to space.
