My connections to my TV accidentally got pulled out and I don't know the correct place to put them back into.I have tried but I'm a pensioner and I just don't know what to do.My internet provider is talk talk.My upstairs TV which runs through connection with my downstairs TV has not got any signal so that must be connected wrongly to my signal booster/connector.I would really appreciate if someone could put it right for me.Thank you
