Hello, I am a first time buyer and recently had a home surveyor quote for work that needs to be done.
It has been recommended that we receive a quote from builders/contractors also.
These works are as follows :-
a) Make good missing pointing to front roof verge.
b) Install continuous soffit vents to roof front and rear.
b) Repoint rear main wall.
c) Replace bathroom extract fan.
24.02 I would advise that you budget somewhere in the region of £4,100.00
inclusive of VAT for the above works. It should be noted that this
budget figure is for guidance only and it is strongly recommended that
you obtain firm prices from a building contractor for these works before
committing to purchase.
