Closed New Cost Effective Heating for St Mawes Sailing Club

I am looking to replace the heating system in the Club rooms of St Mawes Sailing Club at 1 The Quay, St Mawes, Cornwall TR2 5DG.
The Club consists of a bar with two rooms on one floor and a conference/meeting room and dining room on a second floor.
All heating is currently provided by 4-5 night storage heaters fed on a night tariff, supplemented by electric wall fires which use peak power. The club is mainly used in the evenings and the current system id neither effective nor economical in the cold winter months.
I am looking to replace the heating with something more efficient and more economical. Whilst I am open to all suggestions and options, including electric, solar and gas/oil, there is no mains gas in St Mawes and no existing boiler on the premises. There is limited south facing roof area but adequate east and west facing roof area.
