We are looking for grounds maintenance contractor to undertake the outdoor maintenance across multiple commercial sites across Derbyshire.
The range of sites will include large factories, industrial estates and retail parks.
The contractor will need to have their own equipment such as ride on mowers, hand mowers, a range of outdoor maintenance equipment and teams of reliable staff that are DBS checked.
Accreditations such safe contractor and CHAS will be preferred.
Liability insurance will be required.
Contracts will begin from 1st March 2024.
