The remainder of the cuts will be a cut and drop · Clear and remove litter/debris/leaves from hard surfaces, grassed areas, beds and hedges. · Trim and edge grassed areas to paths, borders, beds. · Remove all large weeds (by hand) and weed seedings · Remove small self-setters, report larger and remove debris · Remove epicormic growth from the base of trees. · Cut back overhanging trees to 2.5 metres from ground level · Apply weed and moss killer to hard surfaces, remove excess moss. · Remove and/or maintain wall/fence climbing plants. · Tidy, prune or cut shrubs/hedges to maintain a neat line and definition · Address any shrubs/hedges intruding on paths · Remove any vegetation encroaching from neighbouring properties · Litter pick · Remove leaf fall throughout the year · Maintain the definition of beds. Trenching at least twice per year · Beds with no bark – dig or hoe soil at least quarterly · External bin stores and drying areas to be swept and left weed and moss free. This for 2 blocks one on each side Block A is bigger area then block B
