Supply and erect safety and access scaffolding to access the eve of the roof. Remove the tiles from the dormer roof above the window and the first metre of the roof slope. Setting aside the removed tiles for re use and disposing of the lath and felt from site. Inspect the existing roof timbers for signs of damage, providing they are in a good condition, proceed with supplying and fixing a new breathable membrane to the exposed area. Supply and fix felt support trays to the eave of the roof. Supply and fix 10mm fascia vent to the eave of the roof. Supply and fix roll form rafter tray to the eave of the roof. Supply and fix new 50mm x 25mm graded and tanalised battens. Laid to a gauge to match the existing one. Supply and fix new GRP dry valley system to both valleys. Re-fix the previously set aside tiles, cutting to suit the new valleys. Allowing for a make-up of a maximum of 30Nr. New tiles. Re-fix the previously set aside ridge tiles, securing using a dry ridge system. Supply and fix dry verge units to the verges of the dormer, refixing the cloaked verge to the main roof only. Supply and fix 10nr tile vents around 2/3 of the way up the roof slope for additional ventilation.
