    Blackwater and Hawley Town Council, posted on Friday 26 January 2024 Unfortunately we do not have kitchen facilities (just work tops & sink) or a sound system in our hall. If you don't want to cook the area would be suitable for you, there are kettles so you could make tea and/or coffee, we also have a staffed bar you could hire (you cannot bring your own alcohol on to the premises) for the evening.
