I need a basic trim with no nonsense - no trying to give me an Indian head massage (seems to be the latest craze in hair-washing), no trying to sell me a range of hair products that I don't want, no put-downs for (god forbid!) trimming my own fringe (which only has about 20 strands anyway.. and which I have been trimming since I was about 11, so am pretty experienced at!! and which through experience I have discovered that I am the best person to maintain the fringe that I want..). I am a menopausal professional lady who, like many of my age, is somewhat anxious due to menopausal hair-loss/thinning, and I would really really like a good DRY trim. My hair is straight, fine (easily damaged), and not that thick, so a good trim only takes about 15 minutes max. I still want a good, accurate cut, but don't want all the faffing about, including blow-drying (which tends to damage my hair - breakage etc - plus increase the hair loss! Rough-drying is fine) - my straight, fine, shiny hair falls into perfect place anyway if cut well!! Can anyone out there help???
