I have Samsung fold 4. The screen will not open flat. I'ts been back to Samsung but hey wanted £600 to repair it and said it's not a warranty fault. (Common problem but Samsung deny it's a design fault) It just needs the back removing and the muck taking out.

    Howard Manton, posted on Friday 29 December 2023 please see attached pics, the screen isn't broken, it's a cover where the plastic has a scratch in it. It will open slightly further, but springs back. I took some with the cover off.
