But until I have an offer accepted I won't be giving out the exact location of the building. Unfortunately the estate agent has not supplied a plan with measurements, which is why a need someone to do this for me. But, here is the information that I have... The ground floor and basement have the same footprint and they are 621 sq ft approximately overall. The width of the building is 3.9m. The 1st, 2nd and 3rd floors are smaller and have the same overall size of 415 sq ft, but it is not clear if they include the staircase in that. or a small rear extension that houses a toilet. The 2nd and 3rd floors have the same overall dimension as the first floor, expect the little extension stops on the 2nd floor. If you able to put together a quote based on this that would be helpful, but I can't give access to the property at this stage. Kind regards Claire

A competitive quote requires the following information : size/typology of building; the purpose of the survey plans/degree of accuracy/scale of drawing. A photo would help.
