Monthly clean of both front and rear windows of property. Property is 3 storeys but only lower 2 require routine cleaning! Access to rear of property is gated so cleaning will have to be done as scheduled to allow access. We will also require 6 monthly gutter clearing (or more routine if the weather causes the need)
