Closed Leak detection for ground floor

Floor in middle of hall way is wet. The water is coming from the ground floorboards. I have done a very basic water meter test and there doesn't appear to be a leak but I am still uncertain if the leak is rain or a pipe. I would lie a quote for leak detection and estimates for resolving for each scenario please.
