Have assets of less than £50,000 including savings, property, investments etc both in UK and overseas 5. Be living, or working, in a London borough, or the boroughs of Sevenoaks or Dartford for at least the last 2 years continually. If your mother does meet the criteria, please return completed application form and we will then apply for a landlord reference. Following this applicants are invited to Chislehurst for a housing interview and if successful are placed on the waiting list in order of housing need, we do not have empty properties. Your mother should also include details of the notice she has been given by the landlord, and a copy of the section 21 notice, and details if she is on local authority housing register.
