1.We have two radiators that don’t seem to be working and one that doesn’t seem to be heating up as warm as the others
2.We have a broken/disconnected pipe outside that is the dishwasher soil pipe. Also we can't disconnect the old dishwasher connector to fit the new dishwasher
3. Upstairs toilet needs a full valve fitting (we have the part)
4.Temperature controls on the 7 radiators.
5.We need our boiler servicing, it is a Glow Worm 30cxi.
