Hi there,
I have recently applied for lawful development certificate for my two flats in Borehamwood, Herts. My application has been refused due to incompetence agent although I have continuous rental contract and various evidence(has not been submitted) for more than four years.
Quote from refusal letter "Authority is not satisfied that the application building has been used as separate
residential accommodation for a continuous period of 4 years or more"
I would like to appeal or re-app. I am looking for an experienced consultant in this field please
