I am reaching out on behalf of the organizing committee for the upcoming Medic Graduation Ball at Slaley Hall on June 4, 2024.
We are in the process of planning this significant event to celebrate the achievements of our graduating medical students. Understanding the importance of capturing these precious moments, we are seeking a professional videographer to document the evening and create lasting memories for our graduates.
We are particularly drawn to your impressive portfolio, and we believe your unique style would perfectly complement the atmosphere we aim to create for this event. The Medic Graduation Ball is scheduled to take place over the evening of June 3rd for a few hours and then continue from around 1 pm to 4pm, then 5pm onwards on June 4th until late in the evening.
In light of the current economic challenges and the ongoing global pandemic, we find ourselves faced with the harsh reality of rising costs of living and the financial strain it places on our event budget. Our aim is to make this event as memorable as possible for our graduates, and we are hopeful that you can work with us to provide a quote that aligns with our budget constraints.
