  Caroline Bunce, posted on Friday 10 November 2023 Hi Thanks for your reply. It is domestic. Not in a conservation area and not a listed property. I am looking for an outline planning application to be completed to build a property in the rear garden of my mothers house. She has a long garden with rear access. I have no plans drawn up but understand for outline permission detailed plans are not required. I really am just looking to apply for outline planning permission so if full planning was required in the future it could be applied for. I appreciate that outline permission only last 3 years but that would cover my timeframe. Thanks. Look forward ti hearing from you with estimate of price for this type of work. Caroline
