Closed Lien on a property

I am looking for help with placing a lien on a property because I am owed a large amount by the owner as set out in a court order but the owner will not engage with the order and has been threatened with contempt of court. Her house must be sold under a deed of trust with her ex partner.

Please can you confirm whether this is a Judgment or costs order (redacted details would be beneficial, so we can see what Court the matter is in)? On what basis is the owner not engaging with the order, i.e. what are they required to do or refrain from doing? Is this solely money-related? On the face of it, it would appear that you are seeking to secure the judgment debt / costs order by way of charging order, rather than lien. We can offer a number of different options in respect of fees, but there are a number of potential variables (e.g. if there is any objection made to the charging order), which means that it would not be possible to quote, based on the information provided to date.
