I have a sanded pine floor and also a Yorks stone one-both need work.The pine floor has been previously done but it needs a light sanding and a better coating as pine is v fragile and had skirting boards fitted after it was done so looks a bit shabby in parts with tiny spots of paint which I cannot remove. The stone floor was cleaned and sealed in June but needs doing again,with a more resilient coating I think.
