Closed Ecler HAK 360 DJ mixer repair

I have a DJ mixer, an Ecler HAK 360. It has developed a fault which I believed (after checking fuses and connections) to be the PSU. I got a new PSU from Ecler, but that sadly did not resolve the issue. The issue itself is the mixer does power on but just "blips" every second or sobwith a small popping sound. There is no audio when connected up either. I need some help isolating the faulty part so I can replace it. Is this something you can help with please?
