Looking for a taxi to transport a student from home to their alternative provision, twice a week (Tuesday - Home to STEPS in Woking and then collected and taken home in the afternoon) and (Thursday - Home to Garden Therapy in Normandy and then collected and taken home in the afternoon). The student has an EHCP (Education Health Care Plan) and the transport is going to be provided by the Local Authority (LA). We are looking for 3 months for this transport up until the end of January, whilst we are waiting for specialist provision to become available. Please provide a quote of costings and if you are available for this. We are looking for this to start after October Half term. From Tuesday 31st October.
