Closed Small bridge inspection

We need a small bridge certified as to weight capacity. It is a span of about 9 metres, and the weight is carried by two RSJs that are set in concrete at either abutment. The RSJs are about 550 mm high, 200 mm wide flanges, and the cross-section is quite heavy. The RSJs are set about 2 metres apart, more or less in line with the wheel tracks of heavy vehicles. The bridge is probably 75 years old. We have successfully brought very many 35-tonne truckloads across the bridge and there appears no movement other than the decking, which is a series of railway sleepers. The railway sleepers are due for replacement and that means a good time to inspect the sub-structure. I want to check the overall strength of the bridge.
