Hi. I am purchasing a delipidated property in Wrexham through a Limited Company to refurbish and resell later on. The property is in a really bad condition inside with cracks in the walls, mould, damp, no kitchen facilities or bathroom facilities etc. I am looking for a solicitor who can help me with the conveyancing of the property as well as guide or point me to specialists who can assist me in the area of the position with regards to paying Land Transaction Tax on it.
