Closed Welders - 60Mm hole needs to be 5 mm thick in back of my van

I have a vw t4 and when stripping it out cus I’m converting to camper I figured out there is a 60 mm sized hole and the metal off the floor is 5mm thick if that helps just wondering how quote and how much it’s gonna take, thank you.
