I am currently looking for a makeover for my utility room this would include a new white / cream worktop with a new sink sunk into it. I am also looking to replace the cupboards underneath as they are old and outdated. I would also be interested in having the small area around in the utility room re-tiled with plain shiny white tiles. Lastly I need a new skirting board under the worktop. This is just an enquiry at this stage however I am interested in getting this done within the next 12months depending on cost.
