I will be working three days a week on a rota based shifts including saturdays twice a month. I need care care for my 5yr old son. I will need to drop him off very early by 6.15 am, if i have an early shift that starts at 7.30. The childminder will drop off my son at school and pick him up after school. If i do a late shift then my son will be in your care from picking him up after school until i pick him up at 10.30pm.
