I need a quote to repair and finish jobs done on my boat by a cowboy builder.
The itemised list below might be missing jobs as at the moment I am still counting damages done on it.
Unfinished services:
-Solar panels need to be fastened on the roof and connections have to be made.
-Electricity connections unfinished (waiting for electrician report)
-Gas locker not fit to purpose
-Chain kitchen hob missing
-The tiling job is unfinished and poorly executed with uneven tiles and missing tiles in the kitchen and bathroom
-Ungrouted tiles in kitchen and bathroom
-Headboards to be replaced throughout the boat and missing in the boat reception area.
-Plumbing unfinished
-Shower unfinished.
-Sink cabinet not connected and mounted wrong (to be replaced)
-Morso Squirrel wood burner uninstalled and unserviced
-Portaloo WC installation undone
-Engine not installed (engine installation and fully functioning was included on the sale of the boat).
-All windows and portholes are unfinished
-Front and back doors unsafe, no locks plus front door unfit for purpose
-Made to measure bed unfinished
-Diesel gas heater not installed
Damaged property:
-Installed kitchen units have missing parts (inside shelves and 2 unit doors) and one full kitchen unit missing
-Spare kitchen units unreturned (unable to return)
-Breakfast bar unfinished
-1 spare sink cabinet damaged (unable to return)
-Damaged bathroom sink tap
-Kitchen units fitted uneven
-Damaged worktops
-Damaged hob
-Wall sockets are unlevelled and flimsy installation, they have to be replaced
