Need someone to come out and advise on recently finished floor in extension where surface screed is heavily cracked. Need advice as to whether to bring a specialist screed firm in to start again from scratch or whether the existing is redeemable. Happy to pay costs for visit and consultation - which may result in a contract depending on the view of the screeding experts.
