We require a United Kingdom marriage certificate to be notarized for submission to the Thailand Embassy in London. I am a UK citizen and this will help my Filipino spouse obtain a 3 month non immigrant category O visa so She can accompany me back to Thailand where I am resident under a Thailand retirement visa. Once back in Thailand we will then convert the visa to an Accompanying Spouse visa under my retirement visa.
