Quote required for a dormer loft conversion on Hatherop Rd, Fairford; 1930s semi detached with gable end. Ideally we would like to achieve 2 bedrooms (and a small shower room, if possible), plus will need to move the bathroom to create staircase space. Or discuss other stair orientation options with an expert. We don’t have drawings.
