I'm looking for a legal aid solicitor that deals with property litigation. I have been served with a section 8 notice seeking possession from my social landlord and I have made an offer to pay back my unpaid rent of approx £4400 at £50 per month and I would like a letter from a solicitor asking them to make a formal acceptance of that offer so that I can have it in writing. They have accepted it via email but not in a letter.
