I'm currently in the process of purchasing a new home set to exchange between September/October. We want to extend into the loft so are looking for someone to put RSJ's into my loft complying with building regs. I also want to price up a dormer conversion. Most of it I can do myself such as bathroom, stairs, electrics and floorboards. I just need the RSJ's and dormer (if it is within our budget).
