Closed Drain & Sewer Clearance

Flushed the upstairs toilet & noticed a gurgling sound & noticed some stuff coming up through the plug hole. Had a look in the manhole & it looks ok there. Noticed a horrible mess in the back garden though just not sure where the blockage is. Having 3 children & no toilet is a nightmare. Just wondering how much it would be to solve this problem? We are in the SO15 area Many thanks
