We are looking to build a studio/annex at the bottom of the garden. We would like it to be built in August/September. The structure is to be brick-built, with insulation, plumbing, electrical, heating, and windows/doors. If you are interested perhaps you could pass by one day next week and we could discuss this in more detail and you could give me a rough estimate of the cost.
