I am having a single elevation extension constructed at the back of my house, approx six meters width and three meters out ( within permitted development ) with a pitched roof. Clearly I will need a building inspector, to sign off all the works and check the builder is not cutting corners. Please contact me with an idea of costs ( vat inc ) and charges.
